  • The Customer needs to sign an agreement and pay the full rental charges in advance.
  • On completion of the demo period, the Equipment shall be handed over to Epson or Epson Representative.
  • The offer is for the usage of the Equipment for private purposes to experience the viewing in a Projector. The Projector should not be used for public purposes.
  • The Customer shall use the Equipment with reasonable care as his personal Asset and will be liable to Epson for any damages to the Equipment due to any wilful act or omission by the Customer.
  • The rental charges will be approx. ₹500 +GST per day.
  • Epson reserves the right to change the offer in case of non-availability of the product, without prior intimation.
  • Epson reserves the right to amend the rules, by extending, cancelling or discontinuing the offer or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
  • The decision of Epson will be final with respect to the entire offer process.
  • Disputes, if any, are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Bangalore only.
  • The offer is not transferable, exchanged, returned and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Offer is not applicable to Epson India employees and their immediate families or to its business and service partner.
