Epson Projector Trial Offer

Terms and Conditions: This offer is being organized by Epson India Private Limited(hereafter called “Epson”). By applying for this offer, participants acknowledge that they have read & understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by the terms & conditions. The decisions of Epson for all matters relating to the offer shall be final and binding in all respects

  1. Conditions to Avail the Offer:
  1. The offer is available for the residents of Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi only.
  2. This Offer is live from 01st June to 30th Sep 2022.
  3. Customers can avail the offer during this period only and it is not redeemable on any other Offer or services from Epson.
  4. Epson also reserves the right to change or cancel the period of Offer Availability without any prior notice.
  5. Rental Period – Customers to avail the Offer and hire Epson Projectors for minimum period of 05 days and a maximim period of 7 days – starting Friday.
  6. The booking to be done atleast 1 week in advance
  7. Customers have to register with their details on the form.
  8. The offer is for 1 Epson Home Theatre Projector + 1 Soundbar + 1 Tripod Projection Screen + 1 extension box [Hereinafter “Equipments”].
  9. The offer is for customer on a first come-first serve basis.
  10. The Customer shall be contacted by the Epson or its authorized representatives
  11. The Customer need to sign an agreement and pay the full rental charges in advance
  12. On completion of the demo period the Equipments shall be handed over to Epson or Epson Representative.
  13. The offer is for the usage of the Equipment’s for private purpose to experience the viewing in a Projector. The Projector should not be used for public purposes.
  14. The Customer shall use the Equipment with reasonable care as his personal Asset and will be liable to Epson for any damages to the Equipment due to any act or omission by the Customer.
  15. The rental charges will be approx. INR 500 +GST per day.
  16. Epson reserves the right to change the offer in case of non-availability of the product, without prior intimation.
  17. Epson reserves the right to amend the rules, by extending, canceling or discontinuing the offer or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
  18. Decision of Epson will be final with respect to the entire offer process.
  19. Disputes if any are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Bangalore only.
  20. The offer is not transferable, exchanged, returned and cannot be redeemed for cash
  21. The Offer is not applicable to Epson India employees and their immediate families or to its business and service partners
  22. Epson reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Customers. Epson also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the Offer or change the rules without any prior notice.
  23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Customers assume liability for losses or injuries caused or claimed to be caused by availing the Offer, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive the Offer. Epson is not responsible for: (i) any lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected form entries; or (ii) any incorrect or inaccurate information, in the form entries, including any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the form entry.
